During her career, Ellicia has led a countless number of loan originators and Realtors in growing their income, client base and referral partnerships. Ellicia trains and coaches her team to build their business through referrals by building relationships using networking, technology and social media as major avenues for this type of growth. She runs workshops, mastermind and accountability groups and teaches classes in the Phoenix area and virtually using the technology of video conferencing.
Prior to Peoples Mortgage Company Ellicia was an account executive with US Title Agency and on the sales team of The Real Estate Book. She has also spent more than a few years in the financial service industry, selling life insurance, investments and long-term health care while also training a team of licensed agents.
Ellicia has a Bachelor of Science in Education from Westfield State University, Westfield MA with an ESL endorsement through taking masters level classes at University of Phoenix and Northern Arizona University. While attending Westfield State, Ellicia was a competitive swimmer and co-captain of the team for 2 of her 4 collegiate years. She still holds the Westfield school record in the 200 butterfly and was also inducted into her high school, Perkiomen, School Hall of Athletic Honor.
Ellicia started her career as an educator, teaching middle school. After teaching in the public schools in AZ for 9 years Ellicia decided to open her own pre-school. While teaching she also excelled as a competitive swim coach. Her current role allows her the ability to combine all that she has learned as a teacher, coach and successful business woman and share that with others around her while continuing to use the skills gained throughout her life.
When not at work you can find Ellicia on a hiking trail, out for a run, working out or in a personal/business growth seminar. She believes that continued growth and education is a must in life. It is a lifelong, never ending journey. She looks to continue to share what she learns with others. Ellicia is completely passionate about making a difference in others’ lives and income. It’s her life mission to empower and train thousands of business people to their greatness. Being a part of other’s success drives Ellicia on a daily basis.
